Refund Policy

Before booking our services, please ensure to read our Refund Policy as it fully outlines all instances in which a refund is applicable and when one is not applicable. Please contact us if you have any questions that aren’t covered in this policy.

For refunds on Boat Tours please read this carefully. If we have to cancel the tour due to bad weather we will reschedule your trip if possible within the timeframe of your vacation, if this is not possible then we will refund the payment. If you the customer decides to cancel the trip for whatever reason we do not refund your deposit and if you have paid in full if you cancel within 24 of your trip we do not refund any amount. This includes not arriving on time for public tours and missing the boat departure, missing your flights if you are coming in from another island and going to the wrong location. Please makeĀ  sure you read your emails that are sent to you confirming where to go to to meet for the beginning of our tours.
